The transaction to acquire Cigna Healthcare’s Medicare Advantage, Supplemental Benefits, Medicare Part D and CareAllies businesses is now complete. We are pleased to partner with Cigna-contracted Medicare Advantage providers to care for Cigna Healthcare Medicare Advantage members.
If you are contracted for Medicare Advantage with both Cigna and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, continue to serve your patients according to their benefit plan and the terms of your contracts. Refer to our FAQs for more information.
