We’re improving how we process claims for members with BCCHPSM effective Aug. 1, 2025.

Making things easier: This will help improve the experience for providers who care for these members by:

  • Improving the accuracy of claim processing and payments
  • Offering providers more options for customizing payments
  • Eliminating the need to fax supporting documentation, resulting in shorter claim processing time and more accurate and timely payments
  • Making it easier to update and submit corrected claims
  • Improving the customer service experience
